If one person shaped who Missy is as a chef, it’s Tony Mantuano — her mentor, her best friend, and something of a father figure from their five years together at Chicago’s legendary Spiaggia. Now that Tony’s in New York, this long-overdue reunion is finally happening in Missy’s own kitchen on June 9.
