We don’t just make pizza. We stock the pantry too.

We’ve been obsessing over this for years. The dough, the ingredients, every little detail.
Still feels like day one.

Beef and veal from Dellapietra’s, mixed the same way Tommy and Jason’s family always did it. Piled into fresh-baked hero bread with our sauce and melted mozz.

Tastes like a Sunday table, packed into a sandwich.

Sean’s technically our front manager. Realistically, he’s whatever the day needs him to be.
D.O.P. truly wouldn’t be the same without him.

Long ferment means less yeast doing the heavy lifting. That’s why the crust is light instead of sitting in your stomach.

Good news: now you can get that same dough at home.
Pizza kit’s available — go grab one.

We don’t mess with the classics. We just make them hit harder.
Spicy Margherita: Calabrian-style chilis, roasted mushrooms, shallots. And damn, it’s good.

The fig pie is back, and it feels so damn good…Latteria Sorrentina smoked provola, housemade fresh mozzarella, Nduja from Ends Meat NYC, pickled shallot, whipped ricotta, hot honey.
Black Mission fig season’s still going for a few more weeks until they are gone for the season. Come grab a slice and a prosecco in the yard, or order online and we will bring it to you.

If it reminds you of a Sunday lunch, it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to.
Our meatballs start with beef and veal from Dellapietra’s and end the way every good recipe should: shared around the table.

This is the mood, every day.
11:30am–9pm on weekdays, 11:30am–10pm on weekends — we’re always here.

We bring Italian tradition to Brooklyn, and we only partner with suppliers who share our values and hold the same high standard of quality — just like Faicco’s, who’s been doing things right since 1900. We buy our sausage from them, made fresh every day.
Try it on our pizza — you’ll taste the difference.

The ingredients do the talking. We just take the time to source them right and handle them with care once they’re here. Nothing fancy. Just done right, every time.
None of it matters without the people who show up for it, week after week.
Open daily, 11:30am–9pm (10pm Fri & Sat).

Everyone talks about our pizza, but there’s another ingredient we never put on the menu: the people who make this place feel like home.

Some things can’t be rushed. Our dough ferments for 96 hours — cold, slow, the way it should be. The mozzarella is pulled fresh every morning. The tomatoes, the flour, the oil — we source the best ingredients we can find. Pizza is a craft. That’s the D.O.P. standard.

From an apartment in Brooklyn to #5 Best Slice in the US — and it all still feels the same as day one.
Even our name is a rule we never fail to follow. D.O.P. means a product is protected: tied to a place, made a certain way, no exceptions. That’s our standard.
