Let's Get It! , you will be missed Bro. I am honored to host with Mimi tonight π.
Now....
I could say a whole of of what is in my head...
But let me go with what is in my heartπ€.
It may be the Kale... but just come with me for a minute π.
Coming together as team has it challenges and opportunities. Choosing to become a 'Team of Teams' can present even more challenges and opportunities.
In the Agile World (Tech / Change Management) - If you are on a team with 5-11 people, you are on a standard team. If you function with a program with other teams that also have 5 - 11 people you are inside of an Agile Release Train.
The Agile Release Train comes with several more opportunities and challenges due to personality differences, cultural differences, skillset, & mindset.
Every Team / ART goes through phases
1. Forming
2. Storming
3. Norming
4. Performing
5. Adjourning
Forming - This happens when a team a is just meeting each other. Getting familiar with roles, skillset, norms, & values.
Storming - Happens when natural disagreements happen. Most can work through this with effort and respect.
Norming - This is where most teams/ARTs fall. Because once you start seeing a comfortable amount of value. People become comfortable.
Performing - Most teams do not make it here due to lack of leadership. Each Spades Team have good leaders so this is not the case π.
Adjourning - Short term project resources often say goodbye to finished projects and go to new ones. My hope is that Westside Spaders, Cookout Spades, BONAFIDE SPADES PLAYAS LEAGUE never have to say goodbye because although we are and AGILE RELEASE TRAIN now. We have the potential to become a SOLUTION TRAIN (handling issues and even more for our time.
Saying all of this to say that I am proud and have love for every in this post. My goal is to always make sure that each and every one of you feels supported and loved.
Now!!! Let's Get It!!!
