Did you know that the Meal Plan accommodates special diets and food sensitivities?

Here is some helpful information about that.

The majority of the main dishes we eat on the meal plan are homemade. We use frozen vegetables over canned when possible and over the years have found ways to phase out prepackaged foods in bulk and other items with a lot of preservatives and weird ingredients.

This allows us to prioritize whole ingredients and keep allergens to a minimum.

Our Vegan Meal Plan is beginning to phase out most soy-based products and starting to use beans, lentils and seitan as substitutes for meat products.

Our Gluten-free Meal Plan uses naturally gluten free ingredients and Certified Gluten Free food products to keep exposure down to below 5 to 10 ppm.

We are able to accommodate food sensitivities given notice prior to FPG. With changes we have made to the meal plan and the ingredients we use we have been able to accommodate folks with allergies to Onions, Pork, Corn, Dairy, Beans, Soy and others.
