It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear customer Bill Scrimsher. He was a loyal Tastee Treat customer for years and one of our favorites! We will miss his presence at the restaurant. Our thoughts are with Bill‘s friends and family during this difficult time. Sending all our love to the Scrimsher family. The family will receive guests on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Shipman Funeral Home in Wagoner, Oklahoma. A Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 708 SW 15th Street, Wagoner, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

I’d love to see you today after the parade! Walk right down our amazing Main Street and “treat” yourself!! Opening at 10:30 and serving lunch all day! Shakes, ice cream, cherry limeades, dip cones, hamburgers, onion rings, curly fries, chili cheese tots, pizza pockets, BLT, tenderloins, chicken strips, fried pickles, grilled chicken sandwich…. And the list goes on….

Ever noticed the little door handle down low on our front door? As one of our customers said “one of my favorite things growing up going to Tastee Treat was the door handle for the kiddos to be able to open the front door.” He said he thought it was put there just for him and how excited he got that he could be the one to open it! Cutest story ever!
