Chef tip:
Don’t throw out your apple peals. Put them in a sealed jar with a sprinkle of sugar and distilled water. In about two weeks you will have your own apple cider vinegar. 🍎

Today we got to meet another dynamic duo we’ve followed for years on social media. When we started on this adventure of bringing something different like fresh made to order Puerto Rican and Sorta Rican food to Broken Arrow, these guys gave us a great example of what going all in looked like. Same plantain. Completely different person depending on which one you reach for. Salty-crispy tostón loyalty, or sweet-soft amarillo loyalty. In Puerto Rico you were raised one way and you KNOW you're right.😂 Those of you who have come to love our food in Broken Arrow have strong opinions on the one you choose as well. ❤️ So I’m curious
