This year has been incredible to watch.In just one year, Bella has gone from being nervous about counting your change and looking customers in the eye, to confidently running orders to your table, thanking everyone for their support, and becoming such an important part of Sorta Rican.
She’s even made mofongo for Roselyn Sánchez! 🎉
If you’ve ever found a little extra surprise in your order that you didn’t pay for, chances are that was Bella’s doing. She has the biggest heart and is always looking for ways to bless others. 🥰Food truck life can be fast-paced, stressful, and overwhelming, but she shows up, works hard, and keeps growing every single day. I don’t think she realizes just how amazing she’s doing.Today she’s not 14 anymore—she’s 15! 🎂✨Thank you to our Sorta Rican family for being such a big part of her journey and helping raise this sweet young lady.
