Project: Scratch Cheesecake
***FREE Samples all day Friday May 29th*** while supplies last.

We have loved having Dana with us this year with our project being the baked cheesecake, Oreo (gf) baked cheesecake and the no bake cheesecake. Dana has been diligent to do research and development, tweak / change and modify our recipes to get us a good base and help us CHOOSE how we want to offer it here at the cafe.

It never stops with just r&d, but costing it out, taking into consideration all the overhead costs and then market comparison. She did it all and did an amazing job. We can’t be any more blessed by her and wish all the best as she heads to Niagara Culinary this Fall.
