Pastor Scott Showalter and I worked together 13 years ago at John C. Myers Elementary School. While we worked together, our time was always fun and productive. When I told him I was opening a coffee shop, he indicated he would work with me. I am so grateful that we get to work together all over again. Same energy. Same fun. Same friendship.

Greetings to our coffee shop friends. This weekend, we will continue to give back to our community by supporting the Todd Lynn Memorial baseball tournament, which will be held in the town of Broadway at various baseball fields. Todd Lynn was a prominent member of our community. The owner of the coffee shop, Tammy May, was the assistant principal at John C Myers when Mr. Lynn's sons attended there. Mr. Lynn was a kind and determined gentleman whom she greatly adored.

This weekend, we will have a special beverage called the Todd Lynn special. Since Mr. Lynn had such great energy, we will have a hot or cold flavored latte of your choice with an extra shot of espresso. That extra shot of espresso represents the additional energy that Mr. Lynn took with him wherever he went, especially with the youth of our local community as he helped them to develop skills and an overall enjoyment of the game.

Along with the specialty beverage, we will have all of our other specialty beverages along with fresh baked goods including Karen‘s homemade quiche, mini fruit pizzas, Bagels from Mr. Js, newly added gluten-free items, and much more.

We will be open on Friday and Saturday during our regular hours from 6:30 AM to 5 PM. We will also stay open beyond 5:00 PM in case you need a Friday or Saturday night pick me up.
