A message from the owner:
To the two as****es who each left us a bad review saying our sandwiches are premade and bread is so hard that you can’t eat it. You tried ordering menu items that did not exist. (sandwiches on croissants) If we had croissants in stock, I would have happily made you what you wanted.
Also, you both finished your sandwiches in record time, told us everything was great when we asked, then turned to google to leave a damaging review while sitting in my shop. Our sandwiches are prepped in the morning or night before on freshly baked and delivered bread so we wanted to submit evidence to you publicly.
When we personally ask you how your coffees, pastries, and sandwiches are, we are opening that door for you to tell us if something is wrong so we can address it immediately. We want every customer to leave our shop with smiles and great experiences and will do everything in our power to make this happen.
HOPE THIS POST MADE YOU LAUGH A LITTLE. We decided to take advantage of an opportunity to make our TAMP family smile.
