We’ve seen some recent comments about our products and wanted to share a quick note.
Everything at Blackbird is made in house from scratch, with a few exceptions. We display many of our cakes, filled items, and cream-based products in refrigerated cases. This is standard bakery practice for food safety and to keep items fresh — it is not the same as freezing them.
We take quality seriously and are always reviewing how we handle and display our products. If you’ve had an experience that didn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us directly (message us or email from our website). We want the chance to look into it and make it right.

Our 4” cakes are a great size for a treat. We have this cake size daily in pink almond, chocolate/chocolate and cake of the month. (While supplies last. Prices vary based on flavor)
