This is our little porch goose. She is a true little southern belle bringing the southern charm to our tea trailer. We were at the Sullivan County Clerks Office this past week and a customer commented that she thought she was so cute. I thanked her, and I told her she didn’t have a name yet. She said, “Dolly. You should name her Dolly.” Of course her name is Dolly!!! Why didn’t we think of that already?!? So, meet Dolly, our 7in porch goose of Sipsy Belle. Thank you to our friend at the Clerks office for naming her. Remind me who you are the next time we are over there, and your next tea is on Dolly. 🥰

Litter and fosters are needed!

We want to give a huge thank-you to everyone who stepped up last week with food donations! Because of your generosity, our shelves were replenished and so many hungry kittens had full bellies. We truly cannot do this without our amazing community. ❤️

This week, we are once again asking for your help—but our biggest needs have changed.

🏡 FOSTERS!

With so many kittens in our care, litter disappears incredibly fast. And just as importantly, we need more loving foster homes to help us continue saving lives and give these babies the individual care and attention they deserve.

We’re keeping things a little lighter again this week while I continue recovering from surgery—but you still have two chances to come see Sipsy Belle! 💕

What. A. Day. 🙌🏻🩷

Today was officially Sipsy Belle’s biggest day yet—our highest sales AND the most drinks we’ve ever served at one event! 82 drinks found happy homes, and Hummingbird Harvest came out on top with 32 sold. 🐦

We loved seeing so many new faces, repeat customers, and even some old friends—including my former coworker Caleb, who made sure we actually took one picture today. 😂 My dad and his friend, Dewayne made the trip up from Morristown for their first Sipsy Belle experience. We are so thankful for our friends and family that continue to show up for us and have faith in our little business. It means so much.

Kennedy stepped up and drove the trailer, our customers showed up in a BIG way, and we even left with another event booking on the calendar!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried our tea, told a friend, or continues to cheer on this little dream of ours. We are so grateful—and we are doing the DANG thing! 🙌🏻

We kept a light schedule this week. I had surgery yesterday around 5:30 on my spine to remove a Spinal Cord Stimulator and battery pack. I’m taking today to rest. Kennedy and Lou will be working the trailer, and I’ll probably be doing a lot of sitting. 😭 Please stop by if you’re in the JC and Jonesborough area. We would love to see you tomorrow. The trailer is becoming more reliable than Dave Dierks on predicting the weather. If it’s out, expect a little rain. We will keep you covered. We hope to see you tomorrow.

We have a light a schedule this week. I’m having surgery today to evict a spinal cord stimulator at 12:30. We will be back Saturday with a fall festival at the McKinney Center.
That will be our first time in J’Boro and we hope to see some new faces, and familiar faces as well! 🥰
