Wow Bristol, you really know how to show up. Incredible turnout this weekend, so much so that we sold out of all the dough we made today and yesterday…

Fair & Square Pizzeria

Hi Bristol, the Riccotti’s family is opening a pizzeria today!

It’s called Fair & Square, and you’ll find it right next door to the sandwich shop, in the old Domino’s space. We’ve been quietly building it out for months, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally show you.

Fair & Square is a Detroit style pizzeria built around our sourdough crust, which we make in house every single day. Each pizza bakes in a steel pan with authentic Wisconsin brick cheese that melts down between the crust and the pan, frying the edges of the dough into the dark caramelized crust that defines Detroit pizza. It’s rich, it’s thick, and it’s absolutely delicious. As far as we know, we’re the only shop in Rhode Island making a sourdough Detroit.

Riccotti’s has been here since 1971 because Bristol kept showing up. We hope you’ll show up for this one too.

Doors open tomorrow (6/13) from 3 to 9 and Sunday, then Wednesday through Sunday after that. See you there.
