You can place your order ahead of time or simply stop by and enjoy the night with us.
The perfect excuse to break the routine, eat something delicious, and experience Odysea in a different way.

An Odysea coffee break: anywhere, anytime.

Our favorite AeroPress recipe:
17 g coffee
220 g water at 200°F

Rinse the paper filter.
Add medium-fine ground coffee.
Pour 40 g of water at 200°F to saturate and start the timer.
Let it bloom for 30 seconds.
Add the remaining water up to 220 g.
At 1:00, stir 10 times to agitate.
Insert the plunger and press gently.
