Introducing 13 Oaks, our very own premium lager, crafted in partnership with Emancipation Brewing Company in Fairbury, Illinois.
Why 13 Oaks?
The name honors the thirteen magnificent oak trees that have stood at our entrance for more than 250 years. These giants have witnessed generations of history, surviving wars, tornadoes, harsh winters, and centuries of change. They inspired the names of both Blackberry Oaks Golf Course and The Oaks Grille.
Unfortunately, these iconic trees are scheduled to be removed as part of a road improvement project. While we can't save the trees, we can preserve their legacy.
So we did what felt right—we brewed a beer in their honor.
13 Oaks Premium Lager is our tribute to the trees that helped define who we are. And while we're a little bitter about losing them, the beer certainly isn't.
