There is nothing that warms my soul more than seeing smiling, familiar faces dining at our establishment. The Chabots, and Souzas in particular, I have had many a conversation with them over the last 40+ years going back to where I started, Jacks family Resaurant. I remember seating them as a kid. Whether it was a holiday, birthday, anniversary or just a Friday or Saturday night out, I took great pleasure in seeing them time and time again. My only regret from our first week at the Liberal club is that I wasn’t able to pop out of the kitchen more often and thank everyone personally for visiting. We are definitely still a work in progress, but know that I am relentless in my pursuit of a flawless operation. I am looking forward to getting back to it
beginning this Wednesday at 11 AM. I truly want to thank our staff, both front and back of the house for doing their best to help us succeed. Nothing is easy, and if it was, everybody would be doing this.

Thank you to all that dined with us today for Lunch and dinner. First day is in the books! I relish new opportunities and when things come together. It’s been a bit since we started this latest project and I have to tell you, I am super proud of how my crew performed. First nights are always tough but I loved it. With all the things that could’ve gone wrong, A LOT WENT GREAT!! Kudos to them. My staff can breathe a little easier, tomorrow is day two. 10 people that worked together for the first time and did great. Thanks also to all the comments, please keep them coming.
