As I sit on the sofa at 4:00am, unable to sleep, reflecting on the last 25, almost 26 years of Wells Kitchen, I am filled with gratitude thinking of all the incredible customers we have had the privilege to serve, the amazing employees we have had the pleasure to work alongside, and the amazing vendors we have had the honor to collaborate with. The unforgettable memories that were made there are etched in my mind. I have been putting off this post because it is hard to imagine not having the restaurant in our everyday lives, but we trust that this is God's plan. The loss of our Emily and the health of my mother and myself have led us to the decision that we will not be reopening. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to our loyal customers for their unwavering support over the years. It is our hope that we have inspired your taste buds at least once or twice.
