🚚 Little Schedule Update from The Flip Side Co.

Today is all about getting ready for another great week! I’m spending the day cleaning the truck inside and out, filling up propane and fuel, doing some maintenance, restocking supplies, and working on adding a few new stops to the schedule.

Because of that, I won’t be posting this week’s schedule tonight like I normally do. I’ll have everything finalized and posted tomorrow evening instead.

I appreciate your patience while I make sure everything is ready to go. I can’t wait to share some of the places we’ll be serving this week!

Real butter. 🧈

One thing a lot of people don’t know about The Flip Side is that I use real butter in my crepe batter. It costs more, but I believe quality matters and I want to serve food I’d be proud to eat myself.

I’m also thinking about adding avocado as a topping option! 🥑

Would you order it on a breakfast bowl, Flip Melt, or breakfast crepe? Or would you pass?

Just a little behind-the-scenes update from The Flip Side 😊

When I started this food truck, it was just an idea and a whole lot of faith. Today I ordered my new business cards, and seeing things come together one step at a time is pretty exciting.

It may seem like a small thing, but every menu, every business card, every location, and every customer helps this dream keep growing.

Thursday I’ll be at Ace Hardware (Agfinity) in Brighton from 10 AM–4 PM (or until sold out 😊), and I’ve got a few fun new spots coming up later in the week too!

A few months ago, I was trying to figure out if this food truck thing was even going to work.

Today I’m working on DoorDash, catering jobs, finding new places to serve, and meeting so many amazing people along the way.

I’ve still got a long way to go, but we’re getting there, one day at a time. ❤️

I was honestly blown away by all the comments, likes, and suggestions on my post asking where you’d like to see The Flip Side parked.

I’ve been reading through every comment, making calls, and working on some new possibilities. I can’t promise every location, but I can promise I’m trying to find more places to bring breakfast all day to all of you!

Today I’m out at Bromley enjoying a Flip Melt for lunch and feeling incredibly grateful for all the support you’ve shown this little food truck.

One question though… how do y’all survive this Colorado heat? 😂 I feel like I’m roasting out here!
