Had a great time at the Nascar COTA Cook off. We ended the weekend with 1st place chicken, 6th place Ribs and 12th place Brisket, 6th overall. Big Thanks toTexas Swine Shine Clinton Ullmann for making great seasonings.

We cooked in Liberty Hill this weekend, got to hang out with some great friends. We had a rough cook, but have some amazing friends that helped us through it Big Thanks to Clinton Collier for his help on the chicken. We managed to pull out a Reserve Grand Champion! We placed 4th beans, 4th in Chicken, 3rd in Ribs and 2nd in Brisket.
