Haymarket Taproom Come visit us! Located on in beautiful Bridgman, Michigan, the Haymarket Taproom opened in January 2017 in what used to be the State Police post.

German-style beer hall Taproom with 16 beers on tap; howlers, growlers, and cans available to-go; wood-fired pizzas, salads, and sandwiches; vinyl records, open daily, families welcome, and pet-friendly patio. The Taproom sits on a sprawling 17-acre piece of property which includes protected wet lands and a spacious field for live music and large-scale outdoor events (coming soon!). As Haymarket's

second location, the Taproom is also the primary production facility for kegs and cans of our Belgian and American-style ales that are distributed in the Chicagoland area as well as South West Michigan starting in 2017. The Taproom has a large indoor dining area set up in the style of a traditional German-style beer hall as well as a large outdoor beer garden. Specializing in wood-fired pizzas cooked in Italian pizza ovens, the Taproom offers a rotating seasonal menu with an emphasis on locally sourced foods prepared in our from-scratch kitchen. The Taproom is a non-tipping establishment as well as a seat-yourself style restaurant where guests are invited to order at the counter and in the spirit of community, share a table and strike up a conversation with their neighbor. We hope you will stop in an enjoy a pint with us!

Summer Vance- Recently (like 5 days ago) Graduated from River Valley High School, Summer has been a smiling friendly and hard working presence in the Taproom for 4 years. The restaurant business is an interesting world. First we sign school work permits so these kids can get their first job. Then we write letters to the school, so they can gain a seat on a student council or some other leadership program. Then we end up as a referral for College admission. And sometimes as it has been for Summer, it's real honor to do so.

Vinyl Pick- The National "Live in Rome"

She says it's like a "Best Of" album, only live. I think that means it's like going to a concert. As it turns out, it's a pretty good album. I'm just glad she didn't pick Taylor Swift. Which was a real possibility.

Pizza Pick

Cheese Pizza. Sure. Cheese Pizza. Not really giving us anything to work with here. But hey, sometimes a cheese pizza is all you really need.
