Delicious Foul (Fava Beans) recipe, packed with protein and fiber.

1 serving:
1 can fava beans
Bring to light boil, then smash 50% of the way at a low simmer. Add 1 tablespoon of tahini paste (if you have it, not necessary). Add salt to taste, and serve in a bowl.

Garnish:
Cover with EVOO, Lemon Juice, diced tomato’s and any other vegetables preferred.

Serve with pita bread or toast.
