BSU Dining’s cooks spent the last two days in Culinary Foundations classes led by our Executive Chefs and Sustainability Coordinator!

They all had a refresh of the basics, learned new processes and techniques and put it to test preparing meals for our Opening Meeting and Early Arrivals.
