I’m excited to share some personal news — after years of balancing school, business, and family, I’ve officially earned my PHD back in August 🎓 and recently accepted my first entry- professional healthcare role.

As I begin this new journey part-time, there may be small adjustments to our operations in the next few weeks while I balance both responsibilities. My family and I truly appreciate your patience and support during this transition.

Running Pho Tastic has been one of my greatest joys, and I’m deeply grateful for every customer who has become like family. No matter what changes come, our commitment to serving you authentic Vietnamese food made with love remains the same.

Hi again,
Our family plans to reopen this Thursday with limited services (sorry, doc says mom cannot go crazy with the running around.) 🤣🤣🤣Not gonna lie; when working, I wish that I could have more off days, but after being off for 3weeks, and being in/out of the hospital and home all day, I would rather go to work. Again, thank you, everyone, for all the comments. I appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️❤️- nhi

P.S. Meet my new puppy named “Banh Mi.” I was so bored while caring for my mom that I needed to find something busy to do 🤣🤣🤣

Updates: After over a week at the hospital, my mom was finally discharged. So far, right now, we think the earliest we can open back up is Friday this week, or the latest, I think, is after Memorial Day. Thank you, everyone, for all the comments, phone calls and voicemails; I appreciate you all 😍😍😍😍.
P.S. After hearing about discharge, my mom asked “when she could return to work. My bills are stacking up.” 😳😳😳😳😳😳

Our restaurant will be closed tomorrow (Saturday 1/21/23) for Lunar New Year's Eve for family religious observations. We will reopen the next day on Sunday for normal operation, but will likely be limited in supplies. Thank you, everyone!

Our restaurant will be closed from August 8th until August 29th. My family and I will be on vacation back in our home country. We will reopen regular operation hours on Tuesday, August 30th.
Have a great rest of the summer.

There is a power source problem at our shopping center today and affected our unit. JCPL is currently fixing right now and might take the whole day. As of right now, we will be closed for today Friday, June 3rd. ☹️
