In October we’re featuring this apple c***r and oatmeal boule made with local apples and c***r from Holt Orchards it’s a little sweet, a little spice, and all around nice! Not sure about buying the whole loaf? Come into Pisgah Bakehouse for dinner and try it with one of our speciality butters. OMG! It’s finally PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON! Our talented bakers now have limited pumpkin bagels on special at the bakehouse! We also made a molasses pecan cream cheese to really set it over the top. Come snag one tomorrow! 🎃

WE ARE HIRING! Now looking for an AM baker & a daytime mixer. The AM baker shifts run between 2 am - 10 am and the daytime mixer is 6 am to 3 pm. These summer showers got us in our feels and we’ve got new dishes on the supper menu to match the weather. Introducing our new steamed mussels appetizer: mussels from Prince Edward Island are paired with blistered local tomatoes + onions + aromatics in a tomato and w**e broth served with a slice of our sourdough. ‼️This is not a drill ‼️We have arancini on our menu!! (AKA fried risotto balls stuffed with molten cheese). Served atop arribbiata sauce and covered in shredded 5 year aged Parmigianno- Reggiano, it’s basically the best mozzarella sticks you’ve ever had in your life. We’re here till 8 tonight! 🕺🏻

Behold! The Fajita pizza. Created by one of our flavor masterminds , this pie sports a refried black bean base, charred peppers + onions, bacon, chicken, avocado and cilantro. It’s so good, you’ll forget you’re not eating it in a taqueria 🙂‍↕️

SHE’S BACK! We’re reintroducing a summer favorite: The Blackened Chicken Pimento. chicken is brined, blackened with our house blackening blend, then covered in melted pimento cheese, and served on our house made burger bun with dill pickles, romaine lettuce, shaved red onion, and a garlic thyme aioli. We’ve done our seasonal summer menu switch up (say that five times fast) and have lots to offer as the weather heats up. See you later! 😘
