This one eats like spring, but still has all the comfort.
Spring Vegetable Bucatini Carbonara — bucatini tossed with broccolini, leeks, snap peas, fennel, bacon, and aged Parmesan. Thickened the classic way with egg yolks for that rich, glossy carbonara sauce, then finished with crispy garlic, chili, and leek oil.
