Mary-Charlotte Young is back on stage tonight at 8:30PM

Born in Appalachia, raised in Georgia and now based in Bryan, she works the darker side of Texas Americana: murder ballads, bruised love songs and Southern Gothic stories with real teeth. Her percussive guitar and a voice that can go from a hush to cutting clean through a crowded room make her one of the most distinctive songwriters on the Central Texas circuit.

She is the fire performer who stunned the crowd at Pirate Fest 2024 and she's back this Saturday at 7:15PM to once again wow Brenham with her incredible fire dancing.

People talked for months after her last show, so you've got to come by for this one! Right after she finishes, Blaggards take the stage and the party really kicks into high gear.

Spain has been making w**e for about 3,000 years, since Phoenician traders planted the first vines along its southern coast. Since then it's become one of the biggest w**e countries in the world, and one of the most varied. There's Tempranillo from Rioja and Ribera del Duero, crisp Albariño from the green Atlantic coast, big bold reds from the hills of Priorat, and Cava and Sherry for good measure.

For this round of W**e 101 we're pouring our way across the country with Julia, who will walk us through what makes each region special. Chef Brian Brossa is putting together Spanish-inspired bites to go with every glass, because in Spain w**e and food always go together.

Mathew Marcus McDaniel is live tonight at HSF starting at 8:00PM!

Blues, soul, rock and roll, and Americana. Mathew is the former frontman of Thieves of Sunrise and he's spent years touring the US and Brazil as a solo artist.

He runs the whole show himself... acoustic and electric guitar, harmonica, and foot percussion. One guy making a lot of great music happen.
