The following post is one in which I thought never NEEDED to be written.
But alas, here we are having to express a disappointment in some of our customers clear lack of respect or concern for other people’s property and subsequent enjoyment at said property.

If you have visited our quaint little establishment you would find that we have provided our customers with shelves of books and a multitude of games to read, relax and play with.
We assumed a degree of “wear and tear” in such an environment, but the damage, the complete lack of using any minimal care or effort to put away said games and books is quite frankly unacceptable.
We have a toddler and she was taught to be careful with her toys and books and to always return them to their rightful place.
She never tore pages or covers off for fun or threw games pieces or destroyed board games and cards “just for funzies”.
I was taught better and still have most of my childhood toys still in great condition. In fact, some made it here along with books I’ve had since my youth.
Sadly, some of our customers weren’t brought up better or worse yet, ALLOW their kids to be disrespectful.
If this doesn’t apply to you then from the bottom of my heart I thank you.
For all others…
If you can’t show a degree of respect and gratitude for us providing a fun experience by doing the simple courteously of not destroying others things. Then please refrain from touching them.
Seems reasonable right?
Thank you for your attention to this unfortunate matter.
