Sourdough Apple Pie Focaccia

Tomorrow will be my last day vending at the Bremerton Farmer market!

Bulk baking sourdough in a residential space is already crazy work but then you add the fluctuating summer temps, having a kitchen that’s not climate controlled, having only 1 oven and working 30+ hours for a different job, it’s becoming too much so I have cancelled all future dates.

So come see me tomorrow @ Evergreen Rotary between 4-7p and snag you something!

Whipping up the dough y’all!

Be sure to come out to Evergreen Rotary Park for the Bremerton Farmers Market 4p to 7pm!

I’ll have loaves, bagels, 3 types of cinnamon rolls and some of my delicious cookies! ALL SOURDOUGH!

See you all there ❤️

Thinking about switching my bake method for loaves
Currently use Dutch ovens but tempted to pivot to 9x5 loaf pans for more uniform loaves 🤔
