This is a reminder that our restaurant will be closing at 12pm today so that we may honor our family member and friend, Barbara.

It is hard to feel like any combination of words could genuinely describe what Barbara Jean Sass meant to our friends and family at The Wooden Bean.

There wasn’t a person that she would meet whom she wouldn’t immediately try to make feel as though they had been a longtime regular.

Our restaurant has not just lost a staff member, but a sister, a good friend, and a beautiful soul.

It won’t be the same with you, Barb, but we’ll do our best to continue sharing your warmth and loving spirit with everyone who comes through our doors.

We've had a few exciting things happening at The Wooden Bean as of late:

🚗 We're now available for delivery on Door Dash! If you can't make it up to the restaurant, you can now get your breakfast, afternoon, and evening favorites sent to you!

🥪 We've updated our menus to reflect the additions that we've made over the last few months. The new menus are posted below.

🌟 We're doing a Buy One, Get One Free Biscuit deal until August 29th!

🕘 Starting Sunday, August 30th we'll close a bit earlier: we will operate from from 8:00am to 4:00pm TO 8:00am to 6:00pm!
