Ok guys I’m not waiting any longer.
It’s pretty straightforward.
10 course Omakase
6 seats in front of me
Monday thru Thursday 6:00pm-8:00pm seating.
Traditional, non-traditional, Japanese or American, raw, steamed, fried, grilled, shojin or fish, it doesn’t matter. Sustainability should be a given.

Hospitality is the only thing that matters to me.

I want to invite you into what I consider my second home. This is what I set out to do when I first conceptualized the restaurant few years ago. Omakase is a one-on-one experience with the guests. You get to know them, learn their likes and dislikes, and craft your dishes based on the relationship you form with the individual. This is why it’s only offered for the six seats in front of me.

$125 per individual, $60 add on for sake pairing.
