Spring has arrived, and with it comes a fresh, vibrant approach to everything I do. My new spring menu celebrates the season with lighter flavors, locally inspired ingredients, and dishes designed to feel both comforting and refreshing.

My business is celebrating its birthday. Year 6 is a go! With my business celebrations in full swing, I'm humbled as I reflect over the many dishes, beautiful homes, and moments of bliss we have shared together. From Breckenridge to Aspen, long drives out to Telluride, and even being flown to a variety of states to cook for you all, my life has changed and been beautifully enriched.

I'm excited to share a brand new website overhaul and a new spring menu from recent travels. There is a soup from my reprieve under the ridge of Gemstock where I rested and refueled from the epic free riding of the Swiss Alps. Lamb Empanadas with a tantalizing Turkish inspired sauce from fermented garlic. Local beef flavored with a sauce from various components found in the forests nearby. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

With warming temperatures and plenty of activities for any traveler, come celebrate your special moment in the lush Colorado alpine. Excited to share more,

Wow, my heart is full and my body is rejuvenated. I'm back from the Swiss Alps ready to get back to work. I went on an amazing journey through the Swiss Alpine, complete with a belly stuffed with Racelette, various meats, potatoes, and bread dishes.

I wanted to dive deeper into how the Swiss people handle the mountains and came back with a more accurate understanding and love for the people in those rich mountains.

The new menu is ready for March and I'm beyond excited to see you all soon. Get ready, the next menu is going to be a delicious one!
