Coop’s Scoops My name is Cooper Burt, and I am the owner of Coop’s Scoops ice cream stand. I have my stand located at home, 431 2nd Street, Breckenridge MI.

It’s been a dream of mine to open an ice cream shop, but my parents say I have to start small.
