We’re bringing the Hambulance and we can’t wait to hang out with all the other BIG rigs!

If you missed us today at Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park Harvest Fest, don't worry! We'll be back next weekend!

We'll be there with our smoked burgers, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and nachos!

Apparently, they won't let me park next to the animals anymore. Something about the pigs getting nervous when they saw our menu.

This is our dedicated chicken smoker at Uptown Hog. No pork or beef is cooked cooked in this smoker, helping us reduce cross-contact with mammalian meat for our alpha-gal customers.
