Friends… we have an update. ❤️🌮

When we shared that Cinco de Mayo would be our final day, we truly believed that was the case.

But things have unexpectedly changed and we’re happy to share that our full-service restaurant on Lumsden will remain open for a little while longer.

We know this update may come as a surprise, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as things changed quickly.

We’ll be closed for the rest of this weekend as we take a few days to reset, regroup and get ready to welcome you back.

We will officially reopen this coming Tuesday for Taco Tuesday, and we’d love to see you there.

The love, comments, messages and support you showed us this past week meant more than we can put into words. Thank you for reminding us how special this Brandon community really is.

So for now, we’re still here. Still cooking. Still serving. Still grateful.

Today is our last day at Chicken and Taco Loco Bar and Grill.

The love you all showed us after our announcement has meant more than we can put into words. Every comment, memory and kind message reminded us how special this Brandon community really is.

So today, on Cinco de Mayo, we’re going out with one final celebration. Come see us, grab your favorites and help us say goodbye to this chapter the right way.

This is not goodbye for good, our food truck will still be open and we can’t wait to keep serving you there. Keep supporting small businesses.

To our Brandon family,

After much thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our full-service restaurant at Chicken and Taco Loco Bar and Grill.

This community has shown us so much love, support, and loyalty, and we are incredibly thankful for every guest who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, celebrated with us and made this place feel like home.

Our last day open will be this coming Tuesday, May 5 — Cinco de Mayo — and we plan to go out the only way we know how: with one big party. Details will be announced soon, but we hope you’ll come celebrate with us one last time at the restaurant.

This is not goodbye. Our food truck will remain open, and we’re excited to continue serving you there.
And not all are bad news!
Don’t panic! There’s exciting things coming to this space. Buhoo Bar & Grill has fun things planned COMING SOON!
