Ahso Restaurant Ahso is a chef owned/operated modern upscale bistro with an emphasis on local sourcing and beverage pairings. We opened in December 2017 to critical acclaim.

We feature a worldly w**e list, rotating craft beers and expertly crafted cocktails and a constantly changing menu! Follow on Instagram! ▶▶https://www.instagram.com/ahsoresto/

AhSo is the brainchild of Chef Jason Maddens, formerly of Clarity (Vienna, VA), Central Michel Richard (Washington, DC) and 2941 (Falls Church, VA). Born and raised in Loudoun County, Chef Maddens has decided to put down roots in his hometown and open his modern, upscale, w**e-centric American bistro in Leesburg, Virginia! An Ahso is that 2-pronged cork puller, used to extract delicate corks from w**e bottle. If a bottle of w**e requires an Ahso to open it, you're generally in for some good w**e.
