AhSo is the brainchild of Chef Jason Maddens, formerly of Clarity (Vienna, VA), Central Michel Richard (Washington, DC) and 2941 (Falls Church, VA). Born and raised in Loudoun County, Chef Maddens has decided to put down r

oots in his hometown and open his modern, upscale, wine-centric American bistro in Leesburg, Virginia! An Ahso is that 2-pronged cork puller, used to extract delicate corks from wine bottle. If a bottle of wine requires an Ahso to open it, you're generally in for some good wine.
