We are excited to announce that the May Employee of the Month is Jenny!

Jenny has only been with us about 6 months, but from the moment she joined our crew, she jumped in headfirst and hasn’t looked back. Even though she’d never done this kind of work before, she grabbed the bull by the horns, learned the ropes fast, and has become an absolute rockstar on the grill. 🔥🍳

She’s always willing to step up wherever she’s needed, works hard, keeps things moving, and does it all with a sense of humor that keeps everyone laughing along the way.

If there’s one thing Jenny feels passionately about, it’s her deep and ongoing feud with prepping bacon. 🥓🤣 And trust us, when bacon prep is happening, she makes sure not just the kitchen knows, but all of Brainerd to Argentina hears about it too🤣

She’s full of humor, incredibly easy to laugh with, and if you happen to scare the p**p out of her (which honestly doesn’t take much 😆), just know this: she will absolutely get you back. No question. Better lurk around corners, sleep with one eye open, and hope she doesn’t have the pie roller in her hand😂

Jenny, thank you for everything you do, for stepping up the way you have, and for being such a fun and hardworking part of our team. We appreciate you more than you know and are lucky to have you with us.

April Employee of the Month is Dale!

We are excited to recognize Dale as our April Employee of the Month!

If you know Dale, you know he’s not usually the loudest one in the room; but he’s absolutely one of the hardest working. Day in and day out, he shows up, works hard, and consistently goes above and beyond what’s asked of him. He’s the kind of person every team hopes to have; reliable, hardworking, and always willing to step up wherever needed without ever asking for recognition.❤️ He comes in, gets to work, and somehow manages to do about 37 things before the rest of us have fully figured out what’s going on😂

Around here, not only is he also a dishwasher but Dale has also earned the title of official chopping and dicing king 👑🔪 If something needs cut, diced, sliced, chopped, or magically turned into exactly what the kitchen needs, Dale’s already halfway done with it before anyone even asks. Honestly, we’re pretty sure a knife or chopper is just an extension of his hand at this point.🤷🏼‍♀️😂

While he may keep quiet most of the time, don’t let that quiet demeanor fool you! He is always listening, and every now and then he’ll slip in a perfectly timed jab or one liner that catches everyone off guard and keeps us laughing. 😄

Dale, thank you for everything you do behind the scenes and for always stepping up without hesitation. Your hard work, consistency, and quiet humor never go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly lucky to have you as part of our team/family💕

We are a bit behind but…..

For the month of March we’re excited to recognize JEFF as our Employee of the Month!

Jeff has been an incredible part of our team since day one when we took over the restaurant nearly two years ago, and we truly can’t imagine this place without him. As one of our dishwashers, he consistently goes above and beyond every single day; jumping in wherever needed, working hard behind the scenes, and helping keep this place running smoothly behind the scenes.❤️

Jeff is dependable, hardworking, always willing to lend a hand, and a huge part of what keeps our kitchen moving day in and day out. His dedication and loyalty have meant so much to us, and we feel incredibly lucky he chose to stay on with us through this journey.😊 it’s never easy sticking with a job where there’s an ownership change, but he did it.😁

Now, while Jeff does a great job keeping things running smoothly, we should probably also mention he keeps a bat nearby with our restaurant manager’s name on it, you know, just in case he decides to get mouthy. 🤣 And if you work in our kitchen, you already know he may or may not have a point system for anyone who steps outta line. Consider yourself warned.😬😂🤷🏼‍♀️

Jeff, thank you for everything you do. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and we are so grateful to have you as part of our restaurant family. We appreciate you more than you know, and we’re proud of you!👏
