The Bradford Owls boys golf team won the District 8/9 team championship by 6 shots over DuBois.

“This was a huge team win for us. They beat us by 15 shots a week ago. Our guys played great. Our back 9 is where we built an advantage over them and held on to the end,” Bradford Coach Travis Faulkner said. “Tarren Reese and Jamin Bell both shot 83. Ean Wright came up big for us with an 84. Rounding out our scoring was Adam Leet with an 85 and Mason Close shot 89. We were very consistent the whole day.

"Tarren, Jamin, Ean and Adam qualified for day 2 of the District 8/9 individual championships next Saturday. Also playing in the District championships today was Kaine Salada shooting 96, Lucas Sokoly with a 105 and PJ Stitt shot 108.”
