Mad Honeybees - they were defensive today!

I love watching the bees coming and going at the entrance to the hive! Today they are bringing in lots of pollen, which is their protein source. Can you pick out the guard bee? He’s the one who doesn’t go inside, but monitors everyone else, to make sure no intruders are coming in.

Hydration is water in the skin. Moisturization is keeping it there. You can drink your eight glasses and still feel tight by 3 pm, because without something sealing the surface, that water simply leaves. That is the piece most routines skip.
