Everybody sees the sold out sign.Nobody sees the 2am prep, the missing sleep, the “did we order enough bread?” panic, the fryer oil in your hair, or the brain slowly turning into mashed potatoes by midnight 😭🍔

Food truck life is basically:
50% cooking
50% chaos
100% “we’ll figure it out somehow”

And honestly? Would still do it all over again tomorrow 😂
