We want to say a very happy congratulations to three of our staff members who were nominated for ROSE Awards under the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association. The ROSE Awards celebrate the remarkable efforts of hospitality professionals who consistently exceed expectations in delivering exceptional service. Jason, Donovan, and Gabi were nominated due to their unwavering commitment that helps create unforgettable experiences for every guest, from behind-the-scenes to front lines.

Long before The Breakfast Company, there was a family, a restaurant, and a love for bringing people together around a table. ❤️

What started with Pappou George and the original El Greco restaurant became part of the foundation for what we know today as The Breakfast Company and El Greco Kitchen & Market.

These old photos tell just a small part of that story, but they’re a reminder that family, food, and hospitality have always been at the heart of what we do.
