Behind the scenes at the Waffle Bus! 🧇✨

It’s waffle dough day! We’ve been busy mixing up batches of our fresh, homemade dough to get ready for our next event. 💪🧇

But even waffle makers need a little break… ☕️😉

So we took a quick break to visit one of our favorite coffee houses Ryan Lose and enjoy their seasonal menu - PSL 🎃☕️🍂

Now it’s back to work, back to the dough, and getting everything ready to serve you at our next event! 🧡

Because around here, the waffles don’t make themselves… but they sure do make everything better! 🧇🧡

Some people count sheep to fall asleep… I count waffles. 🧇😏

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snack—if it involves waffles, I’m interested.

Waffles take time… perfection takes a little longer 😉🧇

Picture update 😅🧇

Thank you all so much for the get well wishes, messages, and love after my misstep on the waffle bus. I definitely wasn’t planning on ending the night with a twisted ankle, torn up knee, and an ice bucket 😂

Running the waffle bus always comes with a few adventures, and this one just happened to be a little more painful than usual. I’m taking it easy for a few days, healing up, and soaking in all the support from everyone.

Thankfully, the waffle bus keeps rolling and Mr. Crispy will be back in action in two weeks.

We truly appreciate all of you checking in on me. Your kindness means more than you know.
