I honestly feel a little shy about this. For a long time, I couldn’t find teas in the U.S. that truly matched the flavors I love and grew up with in Europe. So, I started blending my own. At first, it was just for me and my friends a small something to do after work, something handmade that I enjoyed doing. Some people crochet, some paint, I make teas and slice fruits. Now, after much encouragement, I’m starting with just two blends: White Peach and Mango Tea and Berry Black Tea. But trust me, I have many more already brewing.
