DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR THE PIT???

THE DISH PIT that is !!!! We need hands - we are seeking 5 overqualified human beings to help out wherever needed at Big Sky PBR the is year!!!

I know , I know - DISH PIT doesn’t sound like the most fam proud gig - but I can say this - the pay is great, the company is great, the chefs are celebrities , the food is awesome - and the hours are not half bad.

Want to make some extra cash for summer fun ? DM CHEF EM to get on the schedule !

Plus - the best part - this is outside - with a super cool dish machine rig outside - like - Mountain View’s ? Can’t beat that !

Waterproof aprons also provided ! 😅😊

A beautiful way to end a perfect night on the ranch !

We kicked off our first dinner of the season last week at North Bridger Bison and as I realized the first year - ending with the ranch owners favorite dessert is a major bonus bite ! ICE CREAM!!!!

Inspired by Conservation Grains RYE flour and Bear Canyon Farm first cut rhubarb of the season- voila - a delicious RYE + RHUBARB dessert !

Rye molasses cookie. Rhubarb jam. Honey ice cream!!!

In this little tiny bowl - even the bowl actually -full of local producers and small business owners ! Deep breath, it’s a dreamy way to end the evening !

So many wonderful things are happening in my little culinary world, and I’m excited to share some exciting news!
 
I’m honored to announce that I’ve been nominated for Best Chef and Best Caterer in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle’s Gallatin’s Greatest awards.
 
If you have a moment to cast your vote, it would mean the world to me. Being recognized for work that I am so deeply passionate about is an incredible honor.
 
More importantly, this nomination is about so much more than me and my cooking. It’s a celebration of supporting local—our incredible farmers, ranchers, and purveyors throughout the Gallatin Valley who make everything we do possible. Their dedication and hard work inspire me every day, and I’m grateful to be part of such a remarkable community.
