Today, my dear friend Seth and his wife, Jazmin, are opening their food truck, Seth Kirbow!

I’ve had the honor of working by Seth’s side for the past three or so years, and I’ve never met anyone more dedicated to culinary excellence, serving others, and giving back than he is.

He’s been one of my greatest supporters and inspirations, and without him, Cross-The-Road would not have been able to reach the heights that it has thus far.

So please, go support my brother as he begins his own journey. Enjoy some delicious Hawaiian food, show them some love, and leave a five-star review. They deserve it!

We’re privileged to serve some really incredible guests and it’s always so humbling when one goes out of their way to serve us.

I was gifted a hand made little chicken by one of my favorite regulars recently. Thank you for adding some brightness to the rainy day, Brooklyn :) your gift will be cherished as a good luck charm at our trailer.

Only question is, what should we name it?
