RP NUMBAH 3️⃣ IS OFFICIALLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Today we’re quietly opening our third cafe in Bozeman. Call it a soft launch…but this weekend let’s do something super fun: Saturday and Sunday the first 25 cortados ordered are gonna be 100% on the house. Come check the new space out, get a fun lil drink, and hang out with us!

This cafe wouldn’t be possible without our friends at .co here in Bozeman. In spite of our growth, we’re still a really small operation. We have one roaster, one operator (me), two managers, and a team of baristas, bakers, and line cooks. I can’t imagine opening this third location without the help of the crew at Kiln!

At Roly-Poly we pride ourselves on breaking the mold, thinking outside the box, and innovating. We realize that just because you don’t have a fancy expensive coffee grinder at home, that doesn’t mean you don’t like really really good coffee. Guess who has a fancy expensive coffee grinder (we do). That’s why we’re proud to introduce the newest canned bean adjacent product to our shelves. This is the Half Pound Ground. We didn’t invent pre-ground coffee, we just put it in a tallboy beer can to make sure it stays fresh af until you’re ready to rip it. Now available in Roly-Poly cafes and on our website. Most of our coffees will be available soon, but right now we’re just starting with the heaviest hitter: our Daily Driver blend.

Our newest cafe is going to be located in Bozeman on the corner of 19th and Beal! Cafe number 3 isn’t quite open yet, but we pulled some shots last night to help our friends at .co celebrate the official grand opening of their Bozeman office.

We’re super excited to be involved with this project. Kiln is a super cool coworking space with lots of familiar faces making this their business home base. The cafe (just like everything else in Kiln) was impeccably designed and has a great vibe. This location is a little further west than our other two cafes (yall asked for it and we delivered), and will be open to the public in addition to supplying the folks working from Kiln with plenty of bean wada. I’m collecting a few more vintage pieces for the walls and talking the my favorite sign painter about some plans for signage. We’re just waiting on our friendly neighborhood health department to give us the green light, and then our doors will be open!

It’s been a minute since I posted some picture of the OG cafe, so this morning I wandered around with my camera in hand and fired off some shots. I love how much this space has evolved since we moved in almost five(!) years ago. Spring has been teasing us with nice warm weather followed by snow and rain, but pretty soon we’ll have more tables set up outside for soaking up the sunshine! New coffees should be arriving next week, so we’ll probably have some sneak peek single origins on drip as soon as we get them roasted and degassed. Hats are en route, shirts will get printed as soon as I get around to making some screens. We love this time of year, stop by one of our cafes and say howdy soon!

I spent the day yesterday roaming the red dirt hills of Oklahoma in my vanagon making coffee for folks racing, running, and riding in . This trip was supported by my friend at , they picked up the coffee tab so everyone could drink espresso for free! Thanks Brooks! It was so fun to see old (some very old) friends and make some new ones. took these photos when he happened upon the van on top of a random hill out on the course. Side note, I didn’t ride but I still got a hug from ❤️. I don’t know how you do it dude, this is an incredible event. Time to slowly make our way back home to Montana!
