Several people at the market I was recently a vendor at seemed shocked to find out that my macarons were gluten free! 😵 Traditionally macarons are made with almond flour, so they’re the perfect little treat for those with celiac or a gluten intolerance. 😌🤍

**sometimes added elements like cake pieces or cookies to the center of macarons adds a gluten element, but I make sure to specify!
