Boisterous Activity Policy

This policy applies to Patrons who we consider Loud, Misbehaving, Noisy, Rowdy, Rude, and/or Etc. Our course of action will be any or all of the following:
1) A member and/or members of our staff will request the Patron and/or Patrons to cease such activities on the premises,

2) If such activities exist and continue and the Patron and/or Patrons are or have been consu

ming alcohol, they will no longer be served any alcoholic beverages or allowed to consume any alcoholic beverages on the premises,

3) If the Boisterous activity continues, said Patron and/or Patrons will no longer be considered a “Patron” and will now be considered as “Unwanted Guest(s)”, they will be asked to clear any open tab they might have and they will be instructed to vacate the premises immediately. “Unwanted Guest(s)” are considered trespassing.

4) This policy is considered a Zero Tolerance Policy. We reserve the Right to refuse to serve anyone at anytime
We do not discriminate against Race or color, National origin or citizenship status, Religious beliefs, S*x, Age, Veteran status, Disability or pregnancy

To our valued friends and customers, we are announcing that Darry’s Food & Drink, Boyle, MS is being sold to new ownership, effective today 03/03/2025, CATFISH CABIN will be moving soon to the Darry’s location Downtown Boyle, MS.
From the day I bought the property in Downtown Boyle, my goal has been to rebuild the Downtown PeaVine area. In order to complete this project, we decided to sell the restaurant so we can focus on finishing the project. While we are excited for this next chapter, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support over the years and to our employees unwavering loyalty and dedication.
We are confident that the new CATFISH CABIN will maintain the quality and spirit you've come to love at Darry’s Food & Drink and at THE CABIN for the past 25 years. Tara will be announcing her opening date soon!!! Please join us in welcoming them to Boyle’s Downtown PeaVine District!"
