Mojo is a Colorado restaurant with locations in Lyons and Boulder, serving fresh Mexican food, drawing on flavor of Oaxaca, Yucatan, Baja, and other regions of Mexico. Our dishes are all made from scratch using traditional Mexican chiles such as guajillo, ancho, pasilla, chile de arbol, chipotle, morita, and others. We use the highest quality ingredients in our food, including local, humanely raised meats, heirloom beans from Mexico, and the highest quality chiles and spices.

Due to popular demand we are bringing back our Monday night fajitas special at Mojo Boulder!

Choice of grilled shrimp, grilled steak, or grilled chicken, served with sautéed peppers, onions, rice, beans, crema, guacamole, a fried jalapeño, and tortillas.

Mondays are also Family Night, with 1/2 price kids menu after 4pm.
One child (12 & and under) per adult entree. Dine-in only and valid for kids’ menu items only

Grilled skirt steak served with rice, charro beans, fried jalapeño, guacamole, and grilled Vienna sausage

Tres Leches cake topped with whipped cream and served with sliced strawberries & strawberry coulis

Tuna Poke Bowl Sushi grade tuna, avocado, jalapeño, red onion, garlic, cilantro, cucumber, furikake, fried ginger, tossed in poke sauce and served over rice.

Quesabirria Tacos
Slow braised birria, melted three cheese blend, onions and cilantro, served with a side of consommé.
Choice of 2 or 3 tacos.

Taco Campechano
Grilled steak, chorizo, potato, avocado salsa and topped with fried chicharon

The fireplace is going and it’s nice and warm inside. Come join us this evening for some tasty food and drinks!

Pozole Rojo - Hominy, pork shoulder, guajillo broth, topped with cabbage, cilantro and lime. Served with chips

Tropical Fish Taco - ancho-honey grilled haddock, pineapple salsa, sririacha aioli, lettuce

Fried Shrimp Torta - Pacifico-battered gulf shrimp, house-made sweet chili sauce, avocado, chipotle slaw & cilantro on a bolilllo roll, with yuca fries and chipotle aioli

New specials at our Boulder location this weekend! Available for lunch and dinner!

Fried Shrimp Torta
Beer battered and fried shrimp, chipotle slaw, avocado, cilantro, and a house-made sweet chili sauce on a bolillo roll. Served with yuca fries and a side of chipotle aioli.

Chile Relleno Plate
Roasted poblano pepper filled with melty cheese and your choice of chicken tinga, short rib, carnitas, or just cheese. Served with rice, black beans, pico slaw, and crema.

Pork Pozole Rojo 🌶️
Pork shoulder simmered in a luscious guajillo pepper broth with hominy. Served with cabbage, jalapeno, onions, lime, and a side of chips.

The Smokey Blossom 🌸
Mezcal, St. Germain Elderflower liquor, sweet vermouth, and fresh lemon juice. Served up with a twist.
