ALSO, we will be at the Louisville Farmer's market June-August. In addition to our regular offerings (Biryanis and bowls), we will also be bringing FM specials that reflect clean ingredients, slow cooked food and even more family recipes. Just for the market day. The specials will start from July.

It's a bittersweet day at Hundy's as our very own Jules graduates and goes on to the big gigs. We loved training him from a passionate home chef to a professional biryani chef and it would not be any fun without the whole group cheering (and poking fun) while learning.

As we say in the kitchen - it's a good batch.

Best of luck Jules. You will be missed.
