For over nine years, Japango has been offering a dynamic combination of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine to the Front Range. Fresh fish is flown in daily from all over the globe. The Japango Happy Hour is offered everyday from 5:00-6:30pm, with over 25 types of Sake and Shochu to choose from.

If we have the absolute honor of celebrating your graduation this weekend — this little preview is for you 🎓

Our feature sheet is brimming with occasion worthy specials like a delicate shrimp ceviche and whole aji to a decadent new lobster roll — spicy hamachi, lobster, orange and tempura scallions inside, with poached lobster, Thai chili aïoli, caviar, and micro greens on top.

To drink, we’re celebrating with sake. Sip on our Vieux Carré riff featuring Yamazaki whiskey, Taru cedar aged sake, Amaro Nonino and lemon — or go bright and floral with Haku vodka, Little Lily nigori, yuzu and elderflower liqueur.

We can’t wait to celebrate everything you’ve accomplished and everything still to come, see you this weekend!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 26 years in, and somehow the support you show us still manages to surprise us in the best possible way. Our little slice of Pearl Street exists because of the way you continue to show up—for the big events and everyday alike—and we cannot thank you enough for being here.

Here is a little look back at the year we shared together, and while we’re taking today off to recharge and celebrate with our loved ones, we truly can’t wait for the year ahead and all the meals still to come.
