Our feature sheet is brimming with occasion worthy specials like a delicate shrimp ceviche and whole aji to a decadent new lobster roll — spicy hamachi, lobster, orange and tempura scallions inside, with poached lobster, Thai chili aïoli, caviar, and micro greens on top.
To drink, we’re celebrating with sake. Sip on our Vieux Carré riff featuring Yamazaki whiskey, Taru cedar aged sake, Amaro Nonino and lemon — or go bright and floral with Haku vodka, Little Lily nigori, yuzu and elderflower liqueur.
