Erhard's European Cafe and Bakery Owned and operated by Erhard and Jola Bochert Erhard began his career over forty years ago with a patisserie apprenticeship in Frankfurt, Germany.

Featuring the finest European pastries and bread, including:
* an award winning apple strudel
* an award winning chocolate mousse
* Traditional favorites such as hamentaschen served daily
* Birthday and Wedding cakes available as well as special orders from the menu. He brings his experience as head pastry chef at several fine hotels and restaurants throughout Europe and the United States.

Erhard takes pride in traditional European methods for baking and the exquisite results are clear! Jola Bochert joined Erhard in running Erhard's European Cafe in 1980. She brings her expertise in managing a European style dining room with a flare for social community. Erhard and Jola strive to bring you the best European Cafe experience you can find. Erhard Hans Bochert passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 in Boulder, Colorado as a result of a swiftly developing illness. For more information please visit www.cristmortuary.com. If you are able, feel free to join us at for a service at Crist Mortuary at 11:00 on Thursday, followed by a reception afterwards at Erhard’s Bakery (4800 Baseline Road) on Thursday, October 19.
